BELIZE CITY (Reuters) – Tropical storm Earl whipped Belize and Mexico’s Caribbean coast with wind and heavy rain, battering cars, disrupting transportation and forcing hundreds of people into shelters as it moved through Guatemala toward southeastern Mexico on Thursday.
